Dear Sir/ Madam,
We would like to inform you that the Scheme of Amalgamation of PRP Technologies Limited, Myjoy Tasty Food Private Limited and Myjoy Hospitality Private Limited (the Transferor Companies) with Sastasundar Ventures Limited (the Transferee Company) has been completed. In terms of Section 233(3) of the Companies Act, 2013, the Central Government through Regional Director has registered the Scheme and issued a confirmation to the merging companies.
The requisite details under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular dated September 9, 2015 are enclosed herewith as Annexure- A.
A copy of Order confirming the Scheme of Amalgamation is annexed herewith as Annexure-B.
