| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sundaram Clayton Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 22, 2010, has appointed Ms. Lakshmi Venu as an additional executive and non independent director of the Company effective from March 22, 2010. She has also been appointed as Director-Strategy for a period of five years.
The Company has submitted to BSE a copy of the Press Release dated March 22, 2010 titled "Lakshmi Venu joins Sundaram-Clayton Board of Directors".
