| Exchange Disseminated Time | Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 22, 2015 , inter alia, to consider and approve Amalgamation of wholly owned subsidiary, Balkrishna Synthetics Limited with Siyaram Silk Mills Limited ("the Company").
Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading frame under the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company, shall remain closed for dealings in the shares of the Company from December 17, 2015 to December 24, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
