    Equirus Capital (P) Ltd (Manager to the Offer) has informed BSE that Poshika Advisory Services LLP ("Acquirer No. 1") and Mr. Shachindra Nath ("Acquirer No. 2") (collectively referred to as the "Acquirers") intend to acquire through an open offer of up to 3,51,683 fully paid up equity shares of face value of INR 10 (Rupees ten only) each ("Open Offer Shares") of Chokhani Securities Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Target Company"), from the public shareholders of the Target Company.

    Equirus Capital (P) Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of the public announcement for the same.
