| Exchange Disseminated Time | Abbott India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2014, inter alia, for the following;
1. To consider and approve the text of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fifth quarter & fifteen months ended on March 31, 2014.
2. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Accounts for the fifteen months ended on March 31, 2014.
3. To recommend final dividend.
Further, in terms of the Company Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from May 20, 2014 to May 28, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
