Celebrity Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of the Directors’ Report, the Audited Profit and Loss Account for the financial year ended March 31, 2011 and the Balance Sheet as at that date and the Auditors’ Report thereon.

2. Re-appointment of Mr. N. K. Ranganath & Mrs. Nidhi Reddy as Director's of the Company.

3. Re-appointment of Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company, M/s. Anil Nair & Associates and M/s. CNGSN & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Chennai to hold office from the conclusion of this 22nd Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms & conditions.

4. Appointment of Mr. S. Surya Narayanan as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years effective from March 29, 2011 to March 28, 2016 (both days inclusive).
