Further pursuant to Clause 6(a) of the Company's Code of Conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, Officer(s), Designated Employees and ail other Insiders of the Company as defined in the Code from November 03, 2014 till November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive), in view of the Board Meeting scheduled for November 13, 2014. |
