1. Approved re-appointment of Mr. Kushagra Bajaj as Chairman & Managing Director for a further period of 5 years w.e.f. April 24, 2017, upon expiry of the present tenure of 5 years;
2. Approved appointment of Mrs. Kiran Anuj as Whole-time Director with effect from June 01, 2016.
Further, the Board did not recommend any Dividend for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016. |
