1. Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016 and Auditor’s Report there on.
2. Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 and Auditor’s Report there on.
Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for designated employees of the Company shall remain closed from May 20, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
