1. Co-opted Mr. Bipin Maira as additional director of the Company.
2. Appointed Mr. Jitendra Tuli, an independent director as Chairman with effect from December 20, 2011 on expiry of current term of Dr. Surendra Nath Pandey which is expiring on December 19, 2011.
3. Re-appointed Mr. Naresh Kumar Jain as Managing Director on same terms and conditions for one year with effect from December 20, 2011. |
