| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 23, 2012, Media Matrix Worldwide Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 19, 2013, has approved in-principle that the issue price of the proposed right issue of equity shares would not be more than Rs. 1.90 per equity share i.e. the price at which Open offer was made to public shareholders on December 22, 2011 for purchase of 26% of the equity share capital of the company. The final size of the right issue, right entitlement ratio and issue price shall be decided by the Board of Directors of the Company at the time of filing the Final Letter of Offer. |
