| Exchange Disseminated Time | Menon Bearings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 and to recommend the payment of dividend for that year, if any.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from April 26, 2016 to May 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for specified / designated persons as defined in the Code. |
