| Exchange Disseminated Time | Igarashi Motors India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 21, 2014 to July 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 30, 2014.
Further, in terms of Section 108 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 that the Company has offered e-voting facility to the shareholders to excise their right to vote by electronic means and business may be transacted through e-voting services provided by Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. (CDSL).The e-voting period commences on July 21, 2014 at 10.00 A.M and ends on July 23, 2014 at 5.00 P.M.
Further, June 30, 2014 will be the cut off date for the purpose of Offering e-voting facility to the Company's members in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 22nd Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on July 30, 2014 at 3.00 p.m. |
