We are enclosing herewith a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice alongwith statements, Postal Ballot Form and Remote e-Voting instructions pursuant to the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The Board of Directors in the Meeting held on 17th July, 2017 has authorized Shri Sandeep Jairath, Whole Time Director to fix cut-off date for the dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice to be sent to all the Members of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members/list of Beneficial Owners, as received from National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). Accordingly, 18th July, 2017 has been fixed as cut-off date.
