Sonata Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 02, 2016 inter alia, to:

1. Consider, approve and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company (both standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.

2. Consider and approve appointment of a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.

3. Consider and declare an interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2016-17.

Further, in view of the ensuing Board Meeting, the 'Trading Window' shall remain closed during the period from October 26, 2016 to November 04, 2016 (both days inclusive).
