Further, with reference to SEBI Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading for Listed Companies (Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992) and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors and Designated Employees from August 02, 2014 to August 12, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
