United Spirits Ltd replied stating "We wish to state that United Spirits Limited received a letter from the Serious Fraud Investigation Office in connection with its investigation into Kingfisher Airlines Limited. The SFIO noted that the Company had conducted an inquiry wherein possible fund diversions were identified and requested some information from the Company in relation to that. The company is cooperating with the authorities in providing the required information." |
