| Exchange Disseminated Time | Balaji Amines Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2012, inter alia, has transacted the following matters:
1. The Board appointed Mr. M. Amarender Reddy and Mr. Chavali Satyanaraynna Murthy as Additional Directors of the company who have expressed their willingness to act as directors of the Company.
2. The board has also received resignation letter from Mr. M. R. Krishnaiah and Mr. S. Vishnu Rao conveying as they are unable to continue as Director of the Company. The Board considered the same and gave their acceptance and approval for relieving Mr. M. R. Krishnaiah and Mr. S. Vishnu Rao from the Board of the Company.
3. Consequent to Resignations of Directors, the compositions of committee's were reconstituted. The Board passed necessary resolutions to that effect. |
