| Exchange Disseminated Time | Alps Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, to consider and approve the following matters:
1. Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2016 along with other matters incidental thereto.
2. Delisting of Equity shares of the Company from the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) only, under Regulation 6 & 7 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009. These shares will continue to be listed at National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
In view of the above the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s scrip by the directors, designated employees and other concerned persons of the company will remain closed from May 23, 2016 till the end of 48 hours of the news paper publication of the Audited financial results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2016. It is in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company. |
