1. Registrar of Companies, Chennai vide letter dated August 08, 2016 have granted extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting of the Company up to December 31, 2016 for adoption of Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2016. Accordingly, the Company will be holding AGM on or before December 31, 2016.
2. The Board authorized following Key Managerial Personnel to determine materiality of an event/information and to make disclosures to stock exchanges and adopted Policy for determination of materiality of an event / information. The said Policy arid contact details of such authorized personnel are also available on Company's website. |
