Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares in the Issue, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 83,77,97,173 comprising 83,77,97,173 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each. In terms of SEBI Circular no. SEBI/CFD/DIL/LA/1/2010/05/03 dated March 5, 2010 please find attached herewith the list of allottees who have been allotted more than 5% of the Equity Shares of the issue size marked as Annexure A.
