1. The Board of Directors has recommended the payment of Final Dividend for the approval of Shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting @ 100% (Rs. 2/- per Equity Share having Face Value of Rs. 2/- each), for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2014.
2. Appointment of Mr. Om Prakash Khetan, Independent Director, to fill the Casual Vacancy. |
