| Exchange Disseminated Time 17/08/2015 18:33:09 | Mangalam Drugs & Organics Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 28, 2015 to September 03, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 03, 2015.
Further, the members holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date of August 27, 2015, may cast their vote electronically on the Ordinary and Special Business(es) as set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Members through electronic voting system. For availing the e-voting facility the shareholders should log on to the website www.evotingindia.com, details of the same forms part of the notice.
E-Voting Dates: The voting through electronic means shall commence on August 31, 2015 at 09.30 A.M. (1ST) and shall end on September 02, 2015 at 05:30 P.M. (IST), voting through electronic means shall not be allowed beyond 05.30 P.M. on September 02, 2015. The e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL thereafter. |
