| Exchange Disseminated Time | Modella Woollens Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 05, 2011, inter alia, have also accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. B K Khema as a Director of the Company.
3. Appointment of Messrs Desai & Bhagtaney, Chartered Accountants, as the statutory auditors of the Company under Section 224 and all other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 1956 from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting on such remuneration, terms & conditions. |
