- The Board has also approved a proposal of Amalgamation of its wholly owned subsidiary Company M/s. BKT Exim ltd. in to it. The Board has autotomized some Directors/officers of the Company to obtain required professional advice in relation to the proposed Amalgamation, to take all necessary steps in relation thereto and prepare and present a draft scheme of Amalgamation and all related documents for the consideration of and approval by the Board at a later date. |
