| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/10/2016 15:07:59 | Ashika Credit Capital Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on October 29, 2016 has approved and taken on record the following :
1. Resignation of Mr. Pawan Jain from the post of Managing Director & CEO of the company from closure of office hours on October 31, 2016. Further he shall continue as Executive Chairman of the company effective from November 01, 2016.
2. On recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Mr. Daulat Jain, presently the Director of the company has been appointed as Managing Director for a period of 3 years effective from November 01, 2016 subject to approval of the members of the company to be obtained at the ensuing General Meeting of the members of the company. Mr. Daulat Jain shall also be appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the company w.e.f. November 01, 2016. |
