| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shree Rama Multi Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 19, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. The Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. The re-appointment of Mr. Ramubhai S Patel a Director who retired by rotation.
3. Retirement of Dr. Dinesh M Amin, Director of the Company who retired by rotation.
4. The appointment of M/s Mahendra N Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad, as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
5. Appointment and remuneration of Mr. Sharad C Jariwala as Managing Director for three years w.e.f. June 27, 2009. |
