1. Re-appointment of Shri Nikunj Dhanuka as Managing Director with effect from April 27, 2011 for a further period of five years subject to approval of members in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
2. Re-appointment of Shri J. K. Saboo as Executive Director with effect from April 01, 2011 for a further period of three years subject to approval of members in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
3. Withdrawal of subsidiaryship of I G Renewable Energy Limited. |
