| Exchange Disseminated Time 11/07/2017 12:13:38 | Ambuja Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 24, 2017, to consider the unaudited financial results for the Second Quarter/Half-Year ended on June 30, 2017 (Q2) of the Corporate Financial Year 2017.
The Board will also consider payment of interim dividend on equity shares at the aforesaid meeting.
Further to the earlier letter dated June 22, 2017 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will open from July 27, 2017. The Trading Window would remain closed from July 01, 2017 to July 26, 2017(both days inclusive). |
