| Exchange Disseminated Time | | CRISIL Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Allotment Committee of Directors held on April 16, 2012, the Company has allotted 109,950 (One Lakh, Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred and Fifty) Equity shares of CRISIL Limited of Re. 1/- each to the employees pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS- 2011) of the Company. The shares have been issued at a price of Rs. 579.88 per share, consequent to the subdivision of nominal face value of equity shares of the Company from Rs. 10/- per share to Re. 1/-per share. |
