Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Narayan Sethuramon, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer has resigned due to personal reasons from the services of the Company and also from the Board of Directors. The resignation was considered and accepted by the Board at its Meeting held on December 24, 2014 and takes effect immediately.
Mr. V. Srinivasan, the Founder Chairman will be taking a more active involvement in the affairs of the Company.
The Company will be a Board Managed Company for the time being, supported by the existing Senior Management Team, many of whom have spent several years in the Sector and are very knowledgeable and experienced.
The Company plans to appoint / recruit a full-time CEO to run the affairs of the Company.
The existing promoters continue to remain committed to the Company’s business and are taking several steps to turnaround the company to profitability. |
