Ltd. under section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016, has been admitted by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Kolkata Bench and Mrs. Sonu Jain has been appointed as an Interim Resolution Professional ('IRP') for carrying out the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of the Company vide its order dated 24th November, 2017.
The Company is now under CIRP under the provision of IBC, 2016.
The above may kindly be treated as Disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
