| Exchange Disseminated Time | Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement ("Scheme") among Genus Paper Products Limited ('Transferor Company'), Genus Power Infrastructures Limited ('Transferee/ Demerged Company' or the 'Company') and Genus Paper and Boards Limited ('Resulting Company'), as approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, a meeting of the Restructuring Committee of the Company will be held on December 27, 2013 at 11.00 a.m. to fix the record date for determining the shareholders of the Company (i.e. Genus Power Infrastructure's Limited), who would be eligible to receive shares of Genus Paper & Boards Limited.
Further, with reference to Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992, this is to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of Genus Power Infrastructures Limited by the directors/officers/designated employees of Genus Power Infrastructures Limited as defined in the Insider Trading Policy of the Company, will remain closed from December 23, 2013 to December 28, 2013. |
