Milkfood Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.

Further in compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’ formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed, in connection with the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016, from November 08, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives.
