| Exchange Disseminated Time 10/05/2016 12:26:44 | Somany Ceramics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 21, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve:
1. The Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 and
2. Recommendation of Dividend on the equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, if any;
Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Somany Ceramics Limited, the trading window shall be closed w.e.f. May 10, 2016.
The trading window would be opened only after the expiry of 48 hours of public announcement of Audited Financial Result for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 to be considered by the Board at their meeting scheduled to be held on May 21, 2016. |
