| Exchange Disseminated Time | | BPL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, have approved a proposal to transfer of Health Care Business to a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company (WOS) of the Company at a consideration ranging between Rs. 19.05 Crores and Rs. 21.05 Crores, being at the book value of the assets (to be finalized), inducting an investor in the WOS and to invest in the Equity Share Capital of that WOS Company subject to necessary approvals and authorise the execution of appropriate agreement(s) in that regard. |
