| Exchange Disseminated Time | BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 28, 2011, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:
1. Appointment of Ms. Disha Devrukhkar as Whole Time Director:
The Board of Directors of the Company has decided that, subject to the approval of Members of the Company in ensuing Annual General Meeting, Mrs. Disha Devrukhkar, be and is hereby appointed as Whole Time Director of the Company for the period of one year i.e. from December 28, 2011 to December 27, 2012.
The draft of an Appointment Letter prescribing the terms and conditions of her appointment was laid before the Board and the Board has approved the same.
2. Resignation of Mr. Vijay Chauhan from the office of Executive Director:
Mr. Vijay Chauhan has resigned from the office of Executive Director of the Company vide his resignation letter dated December 28, 2011. The Board of Directors has duly accepted his resignation and has relieved him from his responsibilities in capacities of Executive Director and thus he ceased to be a member of Board of Director of the company.
3. Resignation of Mr. Kirit Kanakiya from the office of Chairman:
Mr. Kirit Kanakiya, Non-Executive Director and Promoter of the Company has resigned from the office of Chairman of the Company and he continues to be just a member of Board of Directors i.e. Non- executive Director and Promoter of the Company. |
