| Exchange Disseminated Time | | BASF India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2010, inter alia, has approved the appointment of Ms. Saori Dubourg as Director on the Board of the Company in place of Dr. Tilman Krauch with effect from January 19, 2010. Mr Deepal Thuse has been appointed as an Alternate Director to Ms. Saori Dubourg. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Arun Bewoor as an independent Director of the Company with effect from January 19, 2010 in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. K. R. Coorlawala. |
