1. Mr. C. N. Rao, Executive Director of the Company submitted his resignation as Executive Director due to certain personal reasons with effect from October 08, 2010.
2. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Radhakrishna Pingali as Whole Time Director w.e.f. October 11, 2010 for a period of three years subject to the approval of the Company in ensuing Annual General Meeting by way of Special Resolution. |
