Secretaries of India has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company by the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from May 21, 2013.
Further the Company has inform that Mr. Venkat K. Narayana, Executive Director - Finance and CFO of the Company, who was given the additional responsibility since February 12, 2013 to handle the function of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer in view of resignation of Ms. Lalitha Kini, shall cease to handle the additional function of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, with effect from May 21, 2013. Mr. Venkat K. Narayan shall continue as Executive Director - Finance and CFO of the Company. |
