| Exchange Disseminated Time | TGB Banquets and Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2014.
Further, as per Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading [framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992], the Trading Window for dealing/ trading in shares of the Company will remain closed from November 04, 2014 and will reopen after the 24 hours of the publication of aforesaid financial results.
All the directors and designed employees were advised to comply with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992. |
