| Exchange Disseminated Time | Balaji Amines Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 21, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial results of the Company for the year and quarter ended March 31, 2016, and to consider and declare dividend if any for the FY 2015-16.
The Trading Window, as defined in the Company's Code of Conduct pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed for designated employees which includes Directors and Officers from May 14, 2016 to May 23, 2016 in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors for taking on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year and quarter ended March 31, 2016. The trading window will open 48 hours after announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company. |
