| Exchange Disseminated Time | Asian Hotels (East) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 20t5, inter-alia, to Consider and approve, the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for quarter (Q1) ended 30th June, 2015.
Further pursuant to the above circulars the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons, Connected Person and Promoter of the Company as defined in the Company's Code under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 from July 20, 2015 till August 02, 2015 (both days inclusive), in view of the Board Meeting scheduled for July 31, 2015. |
