| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 12, 2015, regarding Closure of Trading Window, Hathway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom Ltd has now informed BSE that the revised window closure dates;
- In terms of Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close for declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 for all Specified Persons (Including Directors) from May 18, 2015 and shall remain closed upto May 27, 2015. Accordingly all the Specified Persons (Including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
Further, the date of the Board Meeting as informed in the earlier letter will remain the same i.e. on May 25, 2015. |
