| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bhartiya International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 06, 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Re-appointment of Mr. Snehdeep Aggarwal as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from April 01, 2014 for a further period of 5 years along with his remuneration, subject to shareholders' approval; and
2. Re-appointment of Mr. A. K. Gadhok as the Whole-Time Director of the Company with effect from April 01, 2014 for a further period of 5 years along with his remuneration, subject to shareholders' approval. |
