1. To fix the Day, Date, Time and Venue of Annual General Meeting.
2. To consider and approve the Draft Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held for the financial year 2015-16.
3. To consider the draft Directors Report for the Year ended March 31, 2016.
4. To fix the Record date for E-voting.
5. To Fix Book Closure Date for AGM.
Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the Company's securities by all the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and Insiders (as defined in the code) shall remain close from July 19, 2016 to July 27, 2016 (both days inclusive).
The trading window in respect of dealing in the shares of the Company shall reopen from July 28, 2016. |
