| Exchange Disseminated Time | AIA Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, Company proposes to conduct Postal Ballot for obtaining the approval of Members of the Company by Special Resolution for creation of Charge / Mortgage / Hypothecate the properties of the Companies under Section 180 (1) (a) of the Companies Act, 2013.
Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Tushar M. Vora, Practicing Company Secretary has been appointed as the Scrutinizer by the Board of Directors of the Company for conducting the Postal Ballot Process. |
