| Exchange Disseminated Time 15/11/2016 15:14:43 | TV Today Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on December 02, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & half year ended September 30, 2016 along with the limited review report of the auditors for the corresponding period (Q2).
Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter & half ended September 30, 2016 of the Company from November 16, 2016 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company to the public (both days inclusive). |
