With reference to the above, we wish to inform you that at meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company of the Company held today, which was concluded at 12.05 PM, the Board has, inter alia:
1. Approved and taken on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December, 2017. The signed copy of above mentioned results along with Independent Auditors Review Report thereon is enclosed for your reference and record.
2. Accorded its approval for re-appointment of Mr. Mangesh Sawant as Managing Director and CFO of the Company for a period of three years w.e.f. 1st April, 2018.
