1. Consideration and adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2010 and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Declaration of dividend of 500% (Rs. 50.00 per Equity Share) on Equity Shares for the financial year ended on March 31, 2010.
3. Re-Appointment of Shri. S. Das and Shri. A. Mukherjee as Directors of the Company.
4. Re-appointment of M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company to audit the accounts of the Company for the financial year 2010-11. |
